GAPTAEM Project, Smart Well Systems, Remote Well Monitoring and Management
The project, carried out under the name of GAPTAEM efficient well project, created its difference by working in partnership with esular within the scope of the remote control and monitoring project with 5 separate smart well systems located in 5 different locations across 3 different provinces. Monthly energy measurement, Well level and well water level measurement, monthly m³ water calculation, and monthly well tracking and efficiency have increased more and modernized.
esular, with its technologies, we offered smart well and efficient well solutions to GAPTAEM's needs, thus operations have begun to be carried out more easily and effectively.
Problems Before esular:
- Difficulty of Manual Control: Manual control of wells located over wide terrain and different locations was time-consuming and inefficient.
- Inefficient Irrigation and Energy: Irrigation processes carried out with traditional methods, high labor costs, difficulty of manual control, and irregular operation.
- Lack of Control and Monitoring: Systems not being able to be monitored from a central point, data deficiency led to late detection of possible problems.
- Well water level monitoring: Well water level measurement performed mobile reflected negatively as loss of time and labor cost.
GAPTAEM aimed to switch to smart and automated irrigation systems to solve these problems that reduce operational efficiency and increase costs.
How Did We Solve the Problem?
How Did We Solve the Problem?
- Remote Controlled Smart Well System: Wells located in different locations were digitized. A fully automated system was implemented, and in this way, remote well control and water level became monitorable 24/7 via mobile application and web.
- Inefficient Irrigation and Energy: By installing remote-controlled water meters and energy analyzers, wells were ensured to work more efficiently. In this way, monthly water and energy consumption became calculated by being monitored via the mobile application. Monthly electricity and water costs decreased.
- Central Management Software: A software infrastructure was established that allows all systems to be managed from a single platform.
- Mobile Access Opportunity: With esular’s mobile application, it became possible to perform tasks from anywhere and at any time via mobile phone or tablet. In this way, access to the smart irrigation system became possible at any moment.
- Automation and Scheduling: The system was programmed to perform irrigation automatically according to the determined schedule and plant needs. This minimized human error while ensuring optimum water use with automatic irrigation.
- Well water level monitoring: Water level became monitorable 24/7 with esular's mobile application; in this way, the amount of well water level is regularly displayed.
Gains After the Solution
Gains After the Solution
Increased Efficiency: Thanks to smart and automatic irrigation systems, product yield increased significantly.
Cost Savings: More efficient use of labor and resources provided a decrease in operating expenses.
Time Management: Remote access and automation significantly reduced the time spent for well management.
Data Usage: More accurate and effective programming was made with data obtained thanks to the sensors used.
Real-Time Monitoring: By performing instant data tracking with the Esular system, it was possible to intervene quickly in possible problems.
Sustainability: Efficient use of resources created a more sustainable agricultural practice by reducing environmental impacts.
